Return Period

Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. Purchases exceeding this period are not eligible for a full refund or exchange per our AEGIS RIM Refund & Return Policy.

Return Eligibility (Strict Requirements)

The item must be unused, unmounted (no tire installed), and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in its original packaging as required in the AEGIS RIM Refund & Return Policy.

Exclusion

Any product that has been installed on a vehicle or shows signs of use is not eligible for a return under our AEGIS RIM Refund & Return Policy.

Non-Returnable Items Listed In AEGIS RIM Refund & Return Policy

  • Custom-Designed or Specially Ordered Wheels: Any wheels designed or specially ordered based on unique customer specifications, marked non-refundable inside our AEGIS RIM Refund & Return Policy.
  • Used or Installed Wheels: Any wheels and parts that have been installed on a vehicle or show signs of wear, excluded from returns per the AEGIS RIM Refund & Return Policy.
  • Customer Damage: Damage due to improper handling, accidental damage, or reasons not caused by our error, not covered by the AEGIS RIM Refund & Return Policy.

Note: The clause regarding the non-refundability of sale or promotional items has been removed from this policy.

Custom Design Service Rules Within AEGIS RIM Refund & Return Policy

Design Fee is Non-Refundable

The custom design service is created based on your unique specifications and its fee is not eligible for a refund as stated in our AEGIS RIM Refund & Return Policy.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the initial design, we are committed to providing a design revision service until you are completely satisfied, a separate guarantee outside refund limits of the AEGIS RIM Refund & Return Policy.

Exchange & Shipping Rules From AEGIS RIM Refund & Return Policy

Exchanges

We only replace items under the following conditions per the AEGIS RIM Refund & Return Policy. Please contact Customer Service to initiate the process:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect (including non-human-caused defects discovered upon installation).
  • The product was damaged during shipping.

Return Shipping

Fee Responsibility

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items according to the AEGIS RIM Refund & Return Policy.

Deduction from Refund

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund as written in the AEGIS RIM Refund & Return Policy.

  1. Receipt and Inspection: Once your return is received, we will inspect the item following standards laid out in the AEGIS RIM Refund & Return Policy.
  2. Notification of Result: We will notify you via email of the receipt of your returned item, and the approval or rejection of your refund request based on the AEGIS RIM Refund & Return Policy.
  3. Refund Execution: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days as outlined in the AEGIS RIM Refund & Return Policy.
