I. PRE-SALE CUSTOMIZATION & CONSULTATION
Custom Wheel Design Consultation
Our engineers work with you from concept to 3D rendering. We discuss design style, application requirements, and vehicle specifications including brake caliper clearances and structural needs to ensure proper fitment before production.
Fitment Specification Consultation
Our fitment specialists help determine optimal wheel diameter, width, offset (ET), center bore, and bolt pattern based on your vehicle specifications and desired stance. We aim for proper fitment without requiring spacers.
Dedicated Sales Representative
Each custom order is assigned a sales representative who manages design details, order specifications, and timeline updates. Your representative remains available for post-sale support questions.
TPMS Sensor Integration Support
We verify compatibility with your OE or aftermarket TPMS sensors, including frequency requirements and valve stem selection. We also assist with center cap design and mounting hardware selection for proper installation.

COVERED:
Manufacturing defects in forging process, material failures, workmanship issues in finish application, structural integrity issues under normal operating conditions within rated specifications.
NOT COVERED:
Impact damage, curb rash, corrosion from lack of maintenance, modifications, improper installation, use beyond rated capacity, racing/track use (unless specified), neglect, or lack of maintenance.
CLAIM PROCESS:
Contact your sales representative with photos showing the issue and purchase documentation. Claims are reviewed within 5-7 business days.
SHIPPING:
Replacement wheels ship from our facility. Return shipping of affected wheels is customer responsibility.
